CRONE Shipping Policy

At CRONE, each order is prepared with care using organically grown or wildcrafted ingredients. We take time to ensure your items are packaged thoughtfully and arrive safely.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. During high-volume periods or seasonal offerings, processing times may extend slightly. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Domestic orders within the United States typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

Local Pickup
If you are local to Eureka, California, we offer pickup options. If available, this will appear at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package.

Shipping Delays
CRONE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control. If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. CRONE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
CRONE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [your email here] with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

International Shipping
At this time, CRONE ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated.
