CRONE Return & Refund Policy

At CRONE, each product is thoughtfully crafted with organically grown or wildcrafted ingredients and intentional care. Due to the nature of our small-batch self-care items, we maintain the following return guidelines.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original condition. To begin a return, please contact us at [your email here] and include your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return: opened or used body care products including body butters, oils, and face products, teas and ingestible herbal products, bath soaks once opened, custom or personalized blends, and sale or discounted items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
